In most cases, we can deliver and have a tower operational within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation. For sites in the Seattle and Kent area, same-day deployment may be available depending on scheduling. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
No. Each RAIS tower is fully self-contained. Solar panels and a Victron Energy battery system provide all the power the tower needs, and our premium cellular uplink handles all data transmission. You do not need to provide electricity, Wi-Fi, or any network infrastructure.
Alerts are delivered via WhatsApp, directly to you and any other designated contacts on your team. Each alert includes a video clip of the triggering event. There is no app to download and no dashboard to log into — you receive alerts on WhatsApp just like any other message.
Our solar and battery system is designed for Washington’s weather. The battery bank stores enough energy for multiple consecutive cloudy days of full operation. If extended low-solar conditions continue beyond that, the backup generator automatically engages to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
Each tower comes equipped with four cameras: two fixed wide-angle cameras for perimeter coverage, one 20x optical zoom camera for long-range identification, and one additional camera for secondary zone coverage.
Yes. License Plate Recognition (LPR) is an available add-on feature. When active, the system automatically captures and logs plate numbers for every vehicle that passes within camera range. You can also set alerts for specific flagged plates.
Geofencing lets you draw a virtual boundary on a map around any area of your property. When that boundary is crossed — by a person or vehicle — an alert is triggered immediately. It’s particularly useful for after-hours protection of restricted areas. Whether you need it depends on your site; our team can advise during your free assessment.
Our rental terms are flexible. We offer short-term rentals for events and projects that last days to weeks, as well as long-term agreements for construction projects and permanent-use deployments. There is no one-size-fits-all contract — we work with your timeline.

Yes. Continuous recording is standard on all towers. Footage is stored and can be accessed for review in the event of an incident. Ask our team about storage duration options and remote access to your footage.
Tower height varies by model. Our standard units are designed to provide elevated camera angles that cover wide areas effectively. Our team will assess your site and recommend the appropriate tower height and positioning during your consultation.
Our monitoring team watches for technical anomalies 24/7 — in many cases, we’ll identify and remotely resolve a connectivity or camera issue before you even notice it. For hardware issues requiring on-site attention, our local Washington State team responds quickly. We target same-business-day response for most issues.
